Add a Note above Comment Box - To Make Comment Form Attractive

While writing Chapter 5 about blogging I feel to add this trick too . So I just saved that chapter and start writing this trick as it also Very cool to make the Comment Form Attractive ...... Anyways I am not going in much so just start :

Steps To Follow :

• Go To Blogger > Layout > Edit HTML
• Check The Box “Expand Widget Templates” at the top right corner.
• Search for the code below, Tip:- Press Ctrl + f

• Replace the Green text with the text you like to insert.
• Now save template and you are done.
